Accommodation


A block reservation has been made at the conference venue ODEON and the hotels within a proximate distance to the conference venue. Rooms are generally available on June 7 - 11, 2022. These hotels can be booked as part of the registration. In order to confirm a booking, full pre-payment of the entire booking is required. All prices are per room per night in DKK and include breakfast, VAT and service charges. If you wish to book extra days or other room categories please contact reg@meetingplanners.dk

Conditions

For cancellations or reductions made before April 8 2022, 95% of the total amount will be refunded.

Cancellations or reductions made after this date will only be particially refunded (95%) if the room is re-sold. Reimbursement will be settled after the meeting
